HR Assistant:

Report to: HR Manager
Main responsibilities:
• HRIS data responsible (Fusion-WorkDay change)
• On & offboarding (time, procedures, data registration)
• Local (Polish) regulation change – movement from paper to electronical files
• Responsible for payroll data/calculations for Operations & sales – payroll input preparation. Payroll support.
• Administration – register absence, deliver data to employees
• Support HR Manager in communication and organization of company meetings
• Start organized EB activities
