HR Manager (Czech Republic)

Our client is an international fashion organization rapidly developing on a number of markets worldwide. We are currently seeking to recruit a hands-on, professional HR Manager (location Prague). This is an existing and actively operating company, which currently has over 80 shops in Czech Republic. This positon is reporting to CEO locally and to Regional HR (HQ) and will be fully responsible for all HR activities (HR department) in Czech.

Key responsibilities: • Responsibility for planning and implementing HR strategy on a local market according to guidelines set by HR Headquarters • Participation and realization of HR strategy in areas of training, development, employer branding, motivation etc. according to Headquarters guidelines • Managing and developing HR team • Complex responsibility for HR process in the subsidiary

General requirements: 3 years’ experience in HR field – preferably on a HR BP or managerial position • Experience in leading, implementing HR projects / processes • Higher education (HR, psychology, sociology is also welcome) • Very good knowledge of the English • Good knowledge of Czech labour law • Experience from retail industry will be an advantage
